Darren Feider

Darren Feider is a shareholder with SEBRIS BUSTO JAMES. His practice involves general employment litigation, wage and hour disputes, trade secret, covenant not to compete and non-solicitation litigation as well as copyright infringement and trademark matters. Mr. Feider’s employment work focuses on wrongful discharge and discrimination claims, the drafting of employment and consulting contracts, non-compete agreements and severance packages for both employees and employers, and conducting investigations for private and public employers in response to EEOC and Washington State Human Rights Commission complaints. He also handles general commercial litigation.
