Adam J. Vergne is an associate who represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment matters. In addition to his experience defending discrimination and retaliation claims, he has experience defending management against single and multi-plaintiff discrimination and retaliation claims as well as class and collective actions brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act and local wage and hour laws. Adam also has experience defending and prosecuting claims on behalf of ERISA plans and plan sponsors. As a former judicial intern for the federal courts, Adam is familiar with federal trial and appellate work. Prior to joining the firm, Adam spent more than six years working in the human resources departments of multiple Fortune 500 companies and, most recently was Chief Operations Officer and Director of HR for Mary’s Place Seattle.

Adam received his BA in Economics from Boise State University and was second in his class in earning his law degree from Creighton University School of Law.
